Professional Services: Planning Supervisor.

The introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations NI 1995 placed new duties upon clients, designers and contractors. One of the duties imposed on clients was the requirement to appoint a Planning Supervisor.

As Planning Supervisors, Anderson Williamson is committed to providing a comprehensive service to our clients which addresses all the duties imposed by the Regulations:-
• Notification of the project to the Health and Safety Executive for NI
• Advising on the competence of designers and contractors
• Ensuring co-operation between designers
• Preparation of the Pre Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan
• Assessment of the Principal Contractor’s proposed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan
• Preparation of the Health and Safety File
